HOURLY DESIGN SERVICE PRICING
Hourly Design Rate — $275 per hour
All design services are billed at an hourly rate of $275.00 USD. This rate applies to all aspects of the design process, including:
Concept development
Research and planning
Digital or physical design work
Revisions and refinements
Communication and coordination
On-site or virtual consultations
Minimum Project Commitment — 50 Hours
To ensure adequate time and resources for high-quality results, all projects require a minimum engagement of 50 hours. This minimum is billed regardless of the total hours ultimately used.
Additional hours beyond the first 50 are billed at the standard hourly rate of $275 per hour.
Travel Time & Expenses
If a project requires on-site visits, travel time to and from the project location is billed at half the hourly design rate, or $137.50 per hour.
Any travel-related expenses (transportation, lodging, etc.) will be billed separately and discussed with the client in advance.
Project Start Deposit — 50%
A 50% non-refundable deposit based on the estimated minimum project cost is required to begin work.
This deposit reserves your project start date and allocates dedicated design resources.
Payment Schedule
The remaining balance of the minimum project estimate is due:
30 days from the project start date
After the initial 30-day period:
Ongoing design work is billed on a bi-weekly basis
Invoices include design hours, travel time, and approved expenses
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
