At Interior Designs By Tiffany, we provide a highly personalized, full-service interior design experience from the initial design concept through final installation.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

1. Discovery & Design Direction
We begin by getting to know you—your lifestyle, personal design style, functional needs, priorities, and vision for your home.

2. Design Development & Presentation
We develop a comprehensive design for your project, which may include:

  • Space planning and furniture layouts

  • Floor plans and elevations

  • Interior renderings

  • Furniture and upholstery selections

  • Decorative and architectural lighting

  • Window coverings

  • Cabinetry and millwork

  • Tile, stone and slab selections

  • Plumbing fixtures and hardware

  • Flooring and finish selections

  • Paint colors and wall finishes

  • Accessories and finishing details

You will be presented with a cohesive design so you can understand how the rooms and finishes work together before purchasing begins.

3. Purchasing & Project Coordination
Once selections are approved, we coordinate the purchasing, ordering, tracking and receiving of furnishings and products for the project.

Products purchased through Interior Designs By Tiffany are billed at our cost plus a flat 20% procurement fee.

Full-service projects require a minimum furnishings and product investment of $200,000, paid separately from our interior design fees.

4. Installation & Final Reveal
The final stage is installation, when furnishings, lighting, window treatments, artwork and accessories are brought together to complete the home.

Our goal is to deliver a beautifully designed, cohesive home that feels personal to you—without requiring you to manage the hundreds of decisions, details and purchases involved in creating it.

Investment

Our clients come to us for substantial renovations, new construction and thoughtfully furnished homes. Full-service design fees begin at $50,000. Furnishings, construction and materials are separate and vary considerably based on the size and scope of the residence.

As a general guideline, comprehensive luxury renovations and furnishings often represent a substantial six-figure to seven-figure investment.
