THE REAL REALITY OF Luxury DESIGN COSTS…

My design fee starts at $35,000 for a smaller scale projects and increases from there up to 175,000 depending on the scale of the project. I take a 50% deposit before the project starts and receive the balance before the design presentation. The average timeline for a remodel to a new build can take anywhere from 12 months to 2 years. I charge a product processing fee of 50% fee above my wholesale and 20% above retail. There will be a estimated fee needed for receiving and storage.

After our initial consultation, you will receive an estimation of hours and costs to complete your project. If there are additions or changes to the project then the hours will increase.

As for how much it costs to furnish your home, that varies widely depending on your wishes.

Kitchens: 75,000 - 350,000 Cabinetry, Appliances, Flooring, Window Coverings, AV, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Stone, Paint, Slab, Millwork, Contractor.

Bathrooms: 45,000 - 200,000 Cabinetry, Appliances, Flooring, Window Coverings, AV, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Stone, Paint, Slab, Cabinetry, Contractor.

Living Rooms: 50,000 - 250,000 Flooring, Furniture, Lighting, Paint, AV, Window Coverings, Millwork, Slab, Cabinetry, Contractor.

Bedrooms: 35,000 - 200,000 - Flooring, Furniture, AV, Lighting, Paint, Window Coverings, Cabinetry, Millwork, Contractor.

As you can see, design is a luxury, as there are a lot of aspects in order to complete your vision.
